During Holiday Periods (New Years, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Week, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week), NASCAR Race Weekends and Special Events (Shawnee Rodeo, Autumn Balloon Festival, etc.) Two Week Cancellation Notice is Required.
During All Other Periods, a 48 Hour Cancellation Notice is Required. Cancellation Must Be Received by 1PM the Day Before.
